1. Apply for a TPin

2. Go Onemotoring to authorise a submitter (using TPIN) to de-register vehicle

3. Submitter to bring these documents to a LTA Appointed Scrapyard within 5 calendar days:

(a) Duly completed de-registration application form (Form D01));

(b) NRIC (submitter)

4. Submit proof of scrap to the LTA within 1 month to get PARF rebate
